Students in grades 3-12 are using the services offered in Google Apps for classroom work. With parental permission, students will be assigned a Google account to work on reports, stories, presentations, class projects, and more. We do not allow students in grades 3-5 to have Google email accounts, so we have disabled that feature for them.  Google Apps for Education runs on an Internet domain owned by Astoria School District and is intended for educational use. This permission form describes the responsibilities of the school, students, and parents in using Apps for Education on the Astoria School District domain. Before we can issue a Google account to our students, we must have a signed agreement from the parent/guardian and the student. Please return the signed form to your student's school office. You can find the form in the link above.
